Fuel and Solvent recoveryIntroducing our range of Fuel and solvent recovery vacuum cleaner systems from Tiger-Vac. They are specifically designed for the recovery of highly flammable, toxic liquids and are equipped with a series of features and a variety of options.

These vacuum cleaner systems are ideal for the de-fueling and de-puddling of fuel tanks and wings on military or civilian airplanes, as well as for recovering fuel spills. All parts of the vacuum cleaner system have electrical continuity and bonding techniques to ensure static dissipation.

Our vacuum cleaner systems are legally certified for use in ATEX Zone 1 (Gas) and ATEX Zone 21 (Dust) and are available in electrically or pneumatically (air) operated versions.

Electric Series:

We have a range of dry only cleanroom vacuum cleaners from Tiger-Vac to meet every cleaning operation. Includes a full range of tools and accessories plus a micro-tool kit for accessing crevices in process machinery.

CD- IT EX (CFE) HY-C:

CD- IT EX (CFE) HY-C Tiger-Vac Dry Recovery Vacuum Cleaner available through Arc Technologies

• All Stainless Steel AISI 304 construction (except cart).
• Continuous duty single or 3-phase motor.
• For metal dust recovery into an immersion bath.
• In accordance with ATEX 100a, Directive 94/9/EC for Category 2 ATEX Zone 1 (Gas) and ATEX Zone 21 (Dust) potentially explosive atmospheres.
• To recover conductive and explosive dust into a liquid bath such as water, paraffin and oil, mineral oil, etc. This unit, along with the Immersion Separator, renders any hazardous dust inert.

a) conductive dust, including aluminium, magnesium, zirconium, perchlorate powder or any other commercial alloys, especially when two or more metal dusts are combined together.

b) unspent gun powder, sulphur, heat powder, anode powders or any other explosive dust.
