Stainless steel SAE 304 body and powder coated cabinet. All stainless steel SAE 304 pharma version available. Less than 10 Ohms of resistivity. This unit is available with an optional upstream/downstream true HEPA (H14) Filter. This unit is available with either a Self Cleaning Filter (SCF) or Manual Reverse Purge with Finger Tubes (MRPFT) system - contains 128 Filter Tubes.
This unit is also equipped with a mainenance free, beltless side chanel blower with a 25000 + hour lifespan. The 3-phase explosion proof/dust ignition proof motor is fully enclosed in a protective cabinet. This unit is designed to be attached to process machines and for general cleanup in hazardous locations.
This unit can also be used for the recovery of tablets in the pharmaceutical industry. Vertical mounting for areas with space constraints. Unit has a small environmental footprint. Equipped with static dissipating poly liner and clip for the easy and safe disposal of recovered materials. All of our HEPA vacuum cleaners are Aersol Leak Tested before leaving our facility.
